Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

1.1 Illegal Activity

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
• Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities
• Engage in human trafficking or exploitation

1.2 Harmful Content

• Promote violence or terrorism
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against individuals or groups
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes intended to deceive or harm
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit code

1.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
• Circumvent DRM or access controls

1.4 Sensitive Data

Do not submit through the API:

• Payment card numbers (PCI)
• Protected health information (PHI) unless you have a BAA and enterprise agreement
• Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or financial account credentials
• Data you are not authorized to process

1.5 Security Abuse

• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization
• DDoS or overload the Service or upstream providers
• Bypass rate limits, authentication, or geographic restrictions
• Share, sell, or publicly expose API keys
• Use VPNs/proxies to access region-restricted models

1.6 Platform Abuse

• Resell API access without written authorization
• Create multiple accounts to abuse signup bonus or promotions
• Use automated scripts to farm free credits
• Scrape model outputs at scale in violation of rate limits
• Reverse engineer the Service to build a competing router

1.5 Export Control

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or acting on behalf of an entity in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea). You may not provide access to restricted models in violation of Model Provider export policies.

2. Welcome Credits and Promotions

Promotional credits (including signup signup bonus) are:

• Non-transferable and non-refundable
• Subject to expiration and model restrictions as stated at issuance
• Limited to one per person/organization; duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated
• Revocable if we detect fraud, bulk registration, or Terms violations

3. High-Risk Use Cases

The Service is not designed for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment decisions without human review
• Legal advice without licensed attorney review
• Fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight
• Critical infrastructure or life-safety systems without redundancy

You are responsible for human review of AI outputs in regulated or high-risk contexts.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Actions include:

1. Warning
2. Rate limiting or model restrictions
3. Temporary suspension
4. Permanent termination
5. Reporting to law enforcement

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may use automated and manual review for abuse prevention.
